There is a $250 special event fee. New travertine tiles are found every where in the newly renovated bathroom and private partially covered veranda.. Great water pressure. The original large sunken tub was restored with travertine tiles and converted into a shower with a large glass splash screen. Tankless water heater ensures your large group will never run out of hot water. Universal Studios and and water parks are 15 mins away. Disney is also 10 mins away major plus. Outlets 15 mins away and Downtown Orlando is 20 mins away. Publix is within walking distance and extremely convenient for all you grocery shopping needs. The space is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with sunset lake views from private balcony. One of the bedrooms is locked off and not available for use. Therefore, guest will have full private access to the entire condo less the locked off one bedroom. We are also 10 mins away from Winter Garden village where all your favorite shops the beautifully styled village with historic plaques that tell of the once residence of this renowned city. Winter Garden Village is home to shops such as Best Buy, Target, Victoria Secret, Bonefish Grill, Cracker Barrel, Uno's Pizza and many many other selections. Our apartment includes a nice balcony with a small lake in view where you can enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine. ***This apartment is located on the 3rd Floor. There are no elevators**** Parking is free *** Exterior of apartments is currently being painted so maybe a different color from pictures*** The community pool is available if open at the time of your stay. Which you can access through the front office which is open Monday-Saturday from 9:00am-6:00pm Lastly, this is my personal home so YES, there will be some personal items of mine in the apartment. I try my best to make room for each guest but please understand that this is also my home. There is some non-perishable food in my pantry but I will leave a shelf for you to store your own things. The top two shelves of the refrigerator will be available for you to store food while I will have my food on the last shelf. The bedroom closet will have sheets and a bicycle in there but there will still be plenty of room for your clothes. There is a balcony/lanai which I provided a picture of. PLEASE TRY TO KEEP THE DOOR CLOSED WHEN UTILIZING THE OUTDOOR BALCONY. This is Florida, Insects will try to get in if you leave that door open. This is not a major issue but I want to make you aware of the possibility of this happening. Please keep this in mind. Please make certain you are okay with all of the aforementioned before booking.
